We developed the user-centered platform for young talents based on target group analyses and hackathons with learners. As an immersive world of experience, SIEYA offers insights into the exciting world of science, technology and Siemens.

Short videos, 3D tours through our training centers, newly designed technology-related mini-games and much more. In the closed area, the focus is on the community concept and optimal preparation and support right up to the start of training.

SIEYA was presented as best practice at educate2024 in July, has been in use for a few weeks and has been inspiring students throughout Germany ever since.

Honored with the Trendence Awards by EMBRACE and second place as 🥈for the “HR Innovation of the Year”.At the HR EXCELLENCE AWARDS for outstanding HR management in the DACH region, we won two of the coveted “Flame Cups” for best “Career Website & App” and best “Digital Solution” with the SIEYA web app. 🏆 🏆

This year, SIEYA will be expanded to include another 10 mini-games on Green & Digital Skills and an AI Career Coach.
