You build the load-bearing systems behind our customers’ products — the software that runs on global enterprise floors, inside industry-leading products, and alongside startups that need to ship yesterday. End-to-end: from clean, well-tested code to sound, scalable architecture, owned through to production. You solve the real problem, then pick the right tool — pragmatic over dogmatic. You ship what matters, not what fills a calendar. You go deep in your craft; you trust the team to go deep in theirs. And AI is a lever you pull hard — a very fast machine you stay on top of.
Concretely, that plays out like this. You design and own architecture across the stack — BFFs, gateways, federation, edge — and ship production-grade features that meet the quality bar you set. You lead the large refactors and legacy migrations others avoid, with a long-term view. You pull AI as a lever across the workflow: AI-assisted development on your own machine, AI-powered features in the product. Reliability is not a hand-off — you own it end-to-end (observability, HA/DR, secure-by-design, IaC). And around all this you raise the craft: mentoring engineers, sharing standards, translating between team, leadership and customer.
Fullstack. AI-accelerated.
Breadth as the default, depth where the project needs it. AI does the heavy lifting; you do the judgment. You think across the stack — you do not need to have shipped every tool on the list below. What counts is how fast you understand a new one, pick up what the project asks for, and enjoy doing it. And: you pick the right tool for the problem — not the one you already know. Curiosity beats a full checklist. Fit-for-purpose beats familiar.
You move fluently across the stack — the split is a formality when AI is your co-pilot. Frontend architecture (BFF, serverless, edge), design systems and performance, hybrid web/mobile/XR. Backend end-to-end (gateways, federation, gRPC, GraphQL). Scalable AI/ML and data platforms. Reliability and DevOps owned to production, cost-aware. Real-time XR backends when the project calls for it.
Not for you if…
This role is how we play — made concrete. If any of these describe you, we would both waste month three finding out.
You wait to be pushed. Here, people pull — careers grow by what you land, not by what fills your calendar. If you need someone to hand you the ticket, this will grate.
You want approval chains and discovery theatre. We eliminated those on purpose. Speed over perfection — a delivering product beats a perfect plan.
You use AI without understanding what it does. Here it is a lever — you know how it works, deploy it where it earns its place, and take responsibility for the result. The model does not own the outcome. You do.
You dress it up when things go sideways. We say what is actually going on — clarity over comfort. Diplomatic fog will not survive our reviews.
You want the same codebase for the next five years. The mix is the point — enterprise depth on one project, startup pace on the next.
You turn problems into drama. Here problems are there to be solved — head down, sleeves up, next one please. If a blocker becomes a stage, the room empties.
You care more about the grapevine than the work. Corridor politics, side-channel narratives, who-said-what — not our sport. We talk to each other, not about each other.
You reach for complexity when simple would do. Every extra layer, every clever abstraction, every "what if" without a caller — it is drag. Solve the real problem, then stop.
You want a family, not a team. We are a team — everyone plays their position, no ego bigger than the goal. The seat is yours as long as you play to keep it. If unconditional belonging is what you need, this will disappoint.
You are fine with half-finished. We ship or we do not. Mediocrity does not earn a seat here.
